Walter Lang and Lang's Landscaping Service of Greenland, NH, step up huge in the Kittery Memorial Circle Thresher work.  At 1:00pm the 4th of July with temp at 89 degrees (WWII Navy pilot Walter's age near that number) he and crew continue.  Kittery native Howie Patten and Texan Tom Jordan may empathize with weather (they had frozen conditions), but we can only grant Walter a better man than all of us.  With its true meaning, awesome work (acknowledging Marty and Peter Lang for sure....and their young guys...recognition and special thanks to them when we have their names, too)!

It is particularly humbling to be a part of something with these guys.  So with that..here's what they're doing...

Yes, July 4th, 1:00pm..89 degrees.....above and beyond?  No question.
